Founder & CEO

For nearly 30 years Gai served various roles in the High Tech Industry, from Software Engineering Manager, Operation Manager to Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.
In 2008 Gai was assigned to start Cisco Outsourcing operation to Palestinian Software Companies and lead Cisco Impact investment programs for Capacity Building, Economic Development and Job Creation in the Palestinian Authority.

In 2010 Gai took part in founding Ma’antech, a Cisco and President Peres initiative to integrate Israeli Arabs into the High Tech industry and serve as Ma’antech Managing Director until the end of 2015. As the Managing Director of Ma’antech Gai established a coalition of over than 50 High Tech companies (Including IBM, Intel, HP, Microsoft, SAP, eBay, Apple) and led the activities of the participating NGOs. Since Ma’antech launched, the number of Arab engineers in the High Tech industry roughly grew from 340 to 2,000.
In his role as Cisco Networking Academy Manager, Gai initiaited a $1M program to enhance the ICT education in high schools and a special chapter for Ultra Orthodox, providing an affordable toward-a-job training.
In his role at Cisco Gai serves in several steering committees and governmental cross sectors round tables.
Gai is leading a new effort to create a large scale near shore software outsourcing of highly skilled programmers at a very competitive price.
Gai has a BA in Computer Science from the Technion.


Ala Sader

Partner and CFO

A strategic and multi-disciplinary professional in management, finance and business consultancy with international experience. Ala Sader brings more than 12 years of experience from local and global corporations having worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young, and later as a senior employee in Syngenta Crop Protection and Zurich Insurance in Switzerland. Ala is passionate about entrepreneurship and building networks and has led a Jerusalem based organization called MEET – Middle East Entrepreneurs of tomorrow as their Co-CEO and has been recently working to establish a council for Arab Entrepreneurship. Ala is a Certified Public Account, has a B.A. from the Hebrew University in accounting and economics and obtains an international executive MBA from Kellogg – Recanati.
